JONATHAN CHEN Co-owner A former fine dining cook with a culinary school pedigree. Jonathan saw an opportunity and encouraged Amy to turn her idea into a full-fledged business. |

QUAIL STREET The business Friends and neighbors in Utah who tried our pizza said it transported them to NY. When they asked for dough they could bake at home, Quail Street was born. |
