A woman standing outside with a pizza dough draped over her knucklesHey, I'm Amy. Quail Street was born in my home kitchen, and is named after the family of quail that frequent our backyard.

I began selling pizza dough to my neighbors as a way to reduce waste, and discovered that people are interested in a product that makes home pizza night less time-consuming and more nutritious.

It’s taken me years to understand sourdough baking, so I also want to help more people enjoy sourdough at home without the frustration. Bread is something I can (and do) eat almost every day, so I’m on a mission to make it easy and fun for you to do the same. When I’m not busy running Quail Street, you’ll find me hiking, skiing, or experimenting with new recipes.
