Organic sourdough starter (active)

Support your own sourdough baking journey with this 2.1 0z (60g) package of active (not dehydrated) sourdough starter. We use filtered water and organic flour from Central Milling in Logan, UT.

When you're not using or actively feeding it, store your sourdough starter in a clear container twice its volume in your fridge. If well cared for, your starter doesn't expire and can be used for sourdough baking for years to come.
