Organic sourdough starter (active)

Support your own sourdough baking journey with this 2.1 0z (60g) package of active (not dehydrated) sourdough starter. We use filtered water and local, organic flour from Central Milling.

When you're not using or actively feeding it, store your sourdough starter in a clear container twice its volume in your fridge. If well cared for, your starter doesn't expire and can be used for sourdough baking for years to come.

You can order online for local pick up in Salt Lake City. Orders are usually ready the next day.
