Save when you buy a bundle! 

We use local, organic flour from Central Milling and pre-shape each dough by hand. One dough ball yields a 10"-12" Neapolitan-style pizza. It is vegan. Here's what else sets our dough apart: 

• Organic sourdough starter, for improved flavor and digestibility
• Spanish olive oil for a crispier crust
• No additives like sugar, dye, or dough conditioner

We recommend using frozen dough within 2 months of purchase.

Refrigerated dough should be used or frozen within 6 days (dough that's sold refrigerated will come with a best by sticker).
